Crowds of teenage girls, accompanied by mothers, grandmothers, and aunties, fill a courtyard where 22-year-old Soumya prepares to lead what many would consider to be - -an uncomfortable conversation.

A passionate and driven young man tries to create a path toward a more robust public transportation system in Lebanon.

Standing alongside a busy highway, an older man can be seen scurrying to dodge cars in order to jump on the bus that has stopped in the middle of traffic just for him. Charbel, isn’t waiting for a hero to fix this problem. He’s working to build a new, safe, and eco-friendly public transportation system.

In a remote part of India, one of the greenest villages in the world can be found and inside that village, 21-year-old Pabitra has a personal mission to conserve both the local ecosystem and the botanical traditions and knowledge of the Mishing Tribe.
